As summer 2010 quickly comes to an end, join us for a very special Creatives + Cocktails at the Hot Club on Thursday, August 26th!

With special guest-host AIGA RI, it is sure to be a great time. Soak up some sun, grab a drink, and meet some new folks. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!

Join us for a review and discussion on the latest Human Factors Standard for the design of medical devices.

The ANSI/AAMI HE75 Human Factors Standard overview is sponsored by the IDSA Medical Section with the IDSA Rhode Island Chapter, and hosted by Ximedica.
The review will be led by Steve Wilcox, Ph.D., the current Human Interaction Section Chair of the IDSA. Steve is on the AAMI Human Factors committee that developed the standard and is a contributing author to HE75 content.

Thanks to everyone who showed up at our most recent Creatives+Cocktails event at AS220's FOO(d) restaurant and bar. I, personally, enjoyed a fantastic chocolate chip brownie while discussing the pros and cons of an iPad. And with a wide variety of designers showing up, we thought of some great events to have in the near future.
